There's not a day that goes by I don't get several hoax warnings, chain letters, myths, Urban Legends, etc, etc, etc that I have to patiently reply to and let the sender know that he just FILLED MY EMAIL BOX WITH MORE JUNK!.....er..I mean...that he was misinformed on the accurateness of said email...~deep breath~...I'm ok now..... My PET PEEVE is people sending me junk without checking it out first! Would you pass on gossip you hadn't checked out yet? Hmmmmm...ok...wrong question. Would you call the local news station and tell them that there's this "BIGGEST VIRUS EVER", and ask them to tell ALL their listeners JUST IN CASE it's for real? How about calling the police station and alerting them to a missing child without verifying that the child is actually missing? Hey...would you like it if a dozen of your friends sent you a letter in the mail telling you that you will receive $250. from Neiman Marcus if you send this letter on to all your friends?..oh wait, that's a chain letter...and that's ILLEGAL! Then why would you fill up other people's email boxes with the same junk?
